Adesola Baruwa graduated from the University of Lagos in 2015, with a second class (upper
division) degree, where she obtained her L.L.B degree and was subsequently called to the
Nigeria bar in 2016. She subsequently obtained her LL.M degree from the University of
Lagos in 2023.
She is a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance, ICT, Corporate Commercial Teams as well
as the Sports and Entertainment Law Group. She regularly provides legal advisory to clients with
respect to general corporate-commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, as well as technology law.
She also acts as company secretary to a number of clients, on behalf of the Firm, steering the affairs of
the clients in the direction of good corporate standards.
