Deinma was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2015 and join the firm in 2018. Over the years, through dedication, discipline and resourcefulness, Deinma has risen to the position of Managing Counsel.
As Managing Counsel, Deinma holds a multifaceted leadership position that blends legal expertise, strategic vision, and innovation. A central focus of his role is business development, client acquisition, mentorship and team development. His leadership promotes a performance-driven culture rooted in excellence and innovation. He also contributes to general office and human capital oversight, lending his perspective to internal operations, staffing, and policy refinement.
With a multidisciplinary focus, Deinma leads the firm’s Dispute Resolution, Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, Real Estate and Technology (Blockchain & Artificial Intelligence) practice groups. He also advises clients on a broad range of civil and commercial disputes, with particular emphasis on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms such as Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation.
