Emmanuel-Kant is an intelligent and seasoned Legal Practitioner with a penchant for excellence. He has a decade experience across diverse areas of legal practice. He holds a law degree from Madonna University, where he finished as second-best graduating student and won several awards following his excellence at the Nigerian Law School. His distinctive quality is a smooth blend of litigation experience and clients’ representation as a Solicitor. As a Litigation Counsel, he has represented the interests of blue-chips and multinational oil companies in the upstream and downstream petroleum sectors, appearing in all Courts of record. He has diverse experience in Trust and Administration of Estates, Real Estate, marriage and custody proceedings amongst others. His experience as a criminal law practitioner has seen uncountable death penalties upturned both in the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He has contributed to the development of the law within an arguably short span of legal practice. As a Solicitor, he has been involved in negotiating several commercial agreements in the oil and gas sector for various transactions including Joint Ventures for OMLs and Marginal Field collaborations.
